Location: Chiltern Learning Trust Head Office, Luton with travel across surrounding areas

Contract Type: Fixed term - initially for 1 year

FTE: 0.6 (3 days a week)

Salary: Teachers Main Scale

Overview of the job

This role sits within our Central Team and offers the opportunity to play a genuinely important part in the success of our Teaching School Hub. As ECTP Quality & Operations Adviser, you will drive operational excellence and quality assurance across the UCL Early Career Teacher Programme, working closely with schools, early career teachers, mentors and induction tutors to ensure every participant receives a high-impact, fully compliant and well-organised experience.

Full training, support and induction will be provided.
