Founded in 2004, The British International School of Charlotte is an innovative, rapidly expanding independent private school situated in the picturesque Ballantyne region of Charlotte, North Carolina. We strive to challenge and inspire children aged 18 months to 18 years through a creative blend of the English National Curriculum and the International Primary and Middle Years Curriculum, culminating in the International Baccalaureate Diploma. About You

You will excel in our vibrant international environment and hold a university degree, a recognized teaching qualification, and significant teaching experience. You are dedicated and innovative, consistently reflecting on your teaching methods and student progress, and actively seeking out and implementing new ideas and practices to enhance the school’s success. Eager to collaborate and share your expertise, you will represent the school with confidence. You will communicate effectively with a variety of audiences and utilize your skills to build strong relationships with both parents and students. Additionally, you must fulfill the visa requirements for the United States (The Americas Region), which includes having British or American citizenship or authorization to work in the USA, as well as Qualified Teacher Status from the UK.
