Year EYFS/Y1 Senior Class Teacher

The Role:

We are looking for a passionate, skilled practitioner who can:

• Lead our Early Years Foundation Stage with vision, creativity and deep understanding of child development.

• Model exceptional teaching that secures strong progress for all children.

• Shape an inspiring EYFS environment rooted in play, exploration and high‑quality interactions.

• Be proactive in strengthening existing links with local nurseries and preschools.

• Act as the school’s Designated Safeguarding Lead, promoting a strong safeguarding culture.

• Support whole‑school improvement as part of the Senior Leadership Team.

• Build strong relationships with families and the wider community.

• Champion our Christian vision and values in daily practice.
