About This Role

We are seeking to appoint a confident, organised and approachable administrator to join our team. The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for parents, staff and external agencies in relation to SEND enquiries.

The role involves coordinating key administrative processes that underpin effective SEND provision across the school. This includes organising and scheduling Annual Review meetings, collecting and collating information from staff and external professionals and preparing accurate documentation to support statutory processes.

Strong communication and organisational skills are therefore essential, along with the ability to multitask effectively. Experience of working in a busy office environment and good IT skills are also essential.
