Learning Support Assistant (Level 3) - Primary

We are looking for a learning support assistant to join our friendly and dedicated Primary Academy team. The successful applicant will be highly motivated and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills and the ability to relate well to children and young people.
The Learning Assistant will:

Work with class teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils

Promote pupils’ independence, self-esteem and social inclusion

Give support to pupils, individually or in groups, so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement
