Victoria International School of Sharjah (VISS) is set to commemorate its 19th anniversary in August 2026. The original VISS campus opened in September 2007 in Al Taawun, welcoming fewer than 200 students. Over the past 18 years, VISS has evolved into a prominent network of schools, including 2 IB World Schools that provide the Australian (Victorian) Curriculum from KG to Grade 12, along with the IB Diploma Programme. Currently, VISS serves more than 5,000 students across five campuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional teaching and learning experiences in line with the curriculum
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning atmosphere, prioritizing student wellbeing and safety
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback
• Build positive relationships with parents and fellow educators
• Engage in school initiatives and contribute to ongoing improvement efforts

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant subject area
• Valid teaching qualification and professional registration (e.g., VIT, QTS, or equivalent)
• Preference for candidates with experience in an international or Australian curriculum setting
• Regional experience is a plus but not required
