We are seeking an inspirational Deputy Headteacher to join our dedicated leadership team and play a key role in
shaping the next stage of our school's journey.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about primary education and believes in
the power of great teaching to transform children's lives. Working closely with the Headteacher, you will help drive
our vision for excellence, nurture a culture of high expectations and ensure every child is supported to achieve their
full potential.
As an English specialist, you will lead and champion English across the school, inspiring a love of reading, writing
and language in both pupils and staff. Candidates will demonstrate a proven track record of successfully leading
whole-school improvement, developing colleagues and securing strong outcomes for children.
We are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with outstanding classroom expertise; someone who
leads with warmth, integrity and ambition and who has the energy and determination to make a real difference.
