Skills

Ideal candidates will need to:

  • Exemplify and model our core values of integrity, empathy, and resilience in all endeavors
  • Hold a BEd or a Bachelor's degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent qualifications
  • Demonstrate proven experience in teaching Secondary A Level Chemistry
  • Exhibit a collaborative spirit and a willingness to share exemplary practices
  • Maintain a growth mindset, characterized by reflection and a focus on solutions
  • Approach teaching with creativity and enthusiasm
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents

Face-to-face interviews will be conducted in the UK from February 20th to 22nd at four locations: London, Manchester, Cardiff, and Glasgow.
