Skills
Ideal candidates will need to:
- Exemplify and model our core values of integrity, empathy, and resilience in all endeavors
- Hold a BEd or a Bachelor's degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent qualifications
- Demonstrate proven experience in teaching Secondary A Level Chemistry
- Exhibit a collaborative spirit and a willingness to share exemplary practices
- Maintain a growth mindset, characterized by reflection and a focus on solutions
- Approach teaching with creativity and enthusiasm
- Possess strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents
- Maintain a proven track record of delivering exceptional learning and teaching experiences

Face-to-face interviews will be conducted in the UK from February 20th to 22nd at four locations: London, Manchester, Cardiff, and Glasgow.
