Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

Kativik School Board is seeking a dedicated professional for the position of Director of the Tarsakallak School Center. The successful candidate will provide leadership and direction, ensuring a high-quality educational experience for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall functioning of Tarsakallak School Center and its programs.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to foster a supportive and effective learning environment.
• Engage with students, families, and the community to enhance educational outcomes.
• Manage resources and budgets to align with school objectives.
• Implement school policies and initiatives in accordance with the board's goals.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Master's degree in Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification and administrative experience in an educational setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in both English and French is essential.
