Royal Russell School – Vilnius is on the lookout for an exceptional Teacher of Art to become part of our expanding team as we prepare to launch our new Senior School campus in August 2026, welcoming our inaugural cohort of GCSE and A Level students.

Candidates should possess the ability to teach across all age groups, from Primary to Senior School, and should be able to teach (or be open to teaching) IGCSE and A Level courses as our institution develops.

About the School
Opened in September 2022, Royal Russell School – Vilnius currently caters to students up to Year 9. In August 2026, we will inaugurate a new Senior School campus and introduce GCSE and A Level programs for the first time.

From 2026, we will also offer boarding facilities for up to 30 students from Year 9 and above.

The Role
The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience in a UK or international school

• Provide engaging and well-structured Art lessons for students across the entire age spectrum

• Play a role in the development of IGCSE and A Level Art programs as the school expands

• Promote creativity, experimentation, and independent artistic expression

• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

• Be willing to participate in exhibitions, competitions, and the broader school community

• Exhibit a solid understanding of child and adolescent learning and development

Boarding facilities will accommodate up to 30 students from Year 9 and above, with staff potentially participating in the broader life of the boarding community.

Terms and Conditions
Contract: Full-time

Start date: August 2026

Salary: Competitive, aligned with experience, following the Royal Russell salary scale

The school will cover initial flight and immigration expenses and provide a local SIM card.

Working hours: Full-time, with additional commitments for INSET, Open Days, and school events

Compensation

40.000 € - 54.000 € per week (Royal Russell Scale, dependant on experience)
