We are in search of an extraordinary and motivating Head of Faculty – Art & Design Technology to lead and develop a dynamic and innovative department across all key stages. This role encompasses both teaching and middle leadership responsibilities, with the successful candidate expected to actively teach Art and Design Technology, delivering exceptional lessons while fostering creativity, innovation, and excellence within the faculty.

About you:

We seek a leader who:

Possesses a relevant degree in Art, Design, or a related discipline, along with a PGCE (or equivalent) and QTS.

Has demonstrated a successful record of outstanding teaching and learning in Art and/or Design Technology, achieving strong student outcomes across key stages.

Exhibits the capacity to balance strategic leadership with an active teaching schedule, showcasing exemplary classroom practices.
