About This Role
GEMS Royal Dubai School is a lively and prestigious British curriculum institution that currently serves students from FS1 to Year 8. We are excited to announce our expansion plans, which include the addition of a Nursery in January 2026 and Year 9 in September 2026, as part of a strategic growth initiative that will ultimately extend to Year 13. In light of our expansion, we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Primary Teachers starting in August 2026. Ideal candidates will be self-driven, have a track record of elevating educational standards, and hold a steadfast commitment to achieving excellence for all students. Job Purpose:
To deliver instruction within the Early Years Foundation Stage or Primary Phase, facilitating an outstanding, holistic, and engaging learning experience for our students that leads to exceptional outcomes.

● Exhibit strong subject knowledge within either the Early Years Foundation Stage or the National Curriculum for England in the Primary Phase

● Utilize student data to enhance progress and tailor learning experiences
● Maintain a high-performance mindset, remaining reflective and solution-oriented at all times
● Approach teaching with creativity and enthusiasm
