Position: Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo)
Contract Type: Fixed Term
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor Degree
Minimum Experience: 4 years
Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related discipline
- Qualified teacher status with a background in special educational needs and disabilities
- Familiarity with SEN legislation, policies, and current best practices
- Excellent communication abilities for effective collaboration with teachers, parents, and external organizations
- Competence in assessing individual student requirements and formulating suitable support plans
